Over the past few weeks, I've been real MIA from  posting on this blog because work and grown up problems have been taking up so much of my time, but I'm back and I'm so excited to put out more content showing off my recent beauty obsessions.



Anyway, so having a lot going on has not stopped the non stop make up shopping and the other week there was a sale on the Too Faced website so I picked up some things that I had been wanting to try.

My favorite purchase had to be the Melted Kisses and Sweet Cheeks set.


At the time, it was on sale for  $25.00 and I couldn't pass it up! The full price of the lipsticks are $21 and a full sized Love Flush blush retails for $26.00.

My favorite part of the set is hands down the Melted Liquid Lipsticks.

I had never tried them before because of my love for matte lips, but I absolutely love the texture of these lippies. They have just the right amount of stickiness that you would expect like a lip gloss to have but its not over the top where its uncomfortable. The lasting power was also amazing for a moisturizing liquid lipstick. I got a full 5 hours of wear with no bleeding or feathering! I also love sets like this because I almost never use up a whole product so the sample size is perfect for me.

The three colors in the set are:
Peony (light pink)
Nude (true beige nude)
Fig (cool toned mauve)

Below, is a look I did using Melted Fig and "Love is Your King" Blush. I am so in love with the color of this lipstick its the perfect pink for my skin tone.


As you can see from the picture, Melted Fig is poppin'!!! I also love the Nyx Cosmetics Vivid Sapphire Liner, but I'll save that rave for another day.

So, am I the only one who didn't know how awesome the Melted Liquid Lipsticks were??? Comment some of your favorite shades below so I can pick them up. I also want to get some of the Matte Melted Lipsticks since these completely blew me away.
