Birthday Trip to Orlando + tiny Fashion Haul

By Trecee Hutchinson - 12:50:00 PM

This past weekend was my birthday,  so instead of a boring dinner and drinks I decided to gather my friends for a weekend of fun in Orlando, Florida. I was only there for 3 days but had an amazing time eating, drinking and shopping with some of my friends. I actually just went to Orlando in June to visit Disney World with my family, but as a huge Harry Potter Fan, I had to hit up Universal. I also think, the best way to begin a new year is a new adventure and this trip definitely set my year off right in that it really help to direct my next year. Traveling, whether domestic or international always teaches me something new about myself and about the world in general

I tried to take pictures, but in between shopping and eating, I didn't get nearly as many as I would like so let me give you a little run down of each day and any pictures I was able to take. This will give a little glimpse into my life and introduce you to some of the important people in my life. I also did some shopping and I want to show you some of the things I got.

Day 1:

We got settled fairly late to our hotel ( Sheraton Vistana Village). The hotel was actually really spacious and comfortable. It had two bedrooms to accommodate everyone in my party and a gorgeous balcony overlooking the resort pool so we only got to grab a quick dinner before heading out to a hookah bar to hang out until like 3 am.

Day 2:

This day was our shopping day, so we grabbed a quick breakfast and spent the whole day at the Orlando Premium International Outlets. They had some really nice stores and I was able to find a few cute peices at BCBG Maxazria. We had dinner at Del Frisco, which was a lovely Seafood restaurant. After dinner, we ended up downtown at a few different bars and clubs. I enjoyed the Orlando night scene although I am really not used to everything closing at 2 am.

Day 3:

in All Back per usual, waiting on brunch

My friends got massages in the AM and then we ended up just having brunch and taking a much needed nap. When I tell y'all, 8 hours of sleep was probably had in the entire time I was there. We headed out to Universal Studios at like 8, but it literally started raining as soon as we step in the park.
Staying out of the rain, took up a alot of my time in the park, but I still managed to ride a few rides and see some of the attractions apart of the 26 Nights of Horror. The Haunted Houses and Scare Zones were actually really cool and definitely had scary elements although I am not easily scared

Haul

Because of the lack of space in my luggage, I could not buy that many items, but I picked up a few cure accessories  that I absolutely love and want to share with you all.

BCBG Maxazria Turquoise and Gold Evening Clutch -

I am evening bag collector and I fell in love with this bag as soon as I saw it. It's so perfect for my phone and credit cards and adds a nice touch to any outfit.

Mustard Tassel Shoulder Bag

Mustard has really been calling my name lately and as I rarely carry large bag this shoulder bag is perfect. The tassel is the perfect touch

So that's a wrap for my birthday trip and Haul... I thoroughly enjoyed this trip with my friends and look forward to some more international journeys later this year!
