So About that No Buy... Spring Haul

By Trecee Hutchinson - 10:15:00 AM

I can admit, I am a sucker for a good deal. Last week, I kept seeing Instagram posts from Nouveau Cheap ( a must follow for those who like to save money) about some amazing deals so I took the time to pick up a few items that I have had my eye on for a while and a few impulse items that I just couldn't resist. Let's take a look at my haul:

ABH Dipbrow Pomade:

Dermstore.com had a sale for 30% off of their website. If you have never heard of Dermstore, they are a skin care and high end makeup online store that I think is owned by Target. They have brands like Anastasia Beverly Hills, Becca as well as bunch of amazing skin care brands. I decided to re up on my Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade in Granite because I absolutely love Dip brow to fill in my brows and I love Granite specifically for the tail of my brows. Dark brown brows with a black tail is my favorite way to do my brows and I love how waterproof the Dipbrow Pomade is.

Becca Cosmetics Matte Foundation ($42)

I had been looking for some different high end foundations for a while, so when I saw that Dermstore had 30 percent off I decided to give this one a try because I love Becca products and matte foundations are my top choice for the summer when I need coverage but I also need to stay dry. I got the color Mohogany, which could've been a shade lighter, but this should work for my summer color.

Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer ($28)

I have been wanting to try this concealer forever!! The colors in the first launch were extremely light, so I was delighted when I saw that they now had darker colors. I picked up Warm Golden, because warm under eye highlights look better on my golden and red undertones. I have heard soooo many good things about this concealer and I am so excited to give this a try. More to come...

Urban Decay Moondust Shadows in Ether and Solstice ($21)

Two weeks ago, Ulta had 5x points for Platinum members on Urban Decay and was tempted to pick these up, but decided to wait. Then, the next day Belk.com had $10 off a $20 beauty purchase and free shipping so I was able to get these for $11 dollars a piece. If you have never swatched the MoonDust Shadows, they are duo chrome glitter goodness! These can also be used wet for more color pay off I will definitely be pairing this with both black and white eye shadow bases.

Lorac Lightsource Illuminating Highlighter  in Twilight ($22)

I picked this up at Ulta on a whim because it swatched so beautiful. I love Lorac products and this highlighter has the same pigmentation of an eyeshadow, which is a good thing for me. When i sheered this out on my hand I fell in love and I think 22 dollars is a fair price for the amount of product you get. This is one of 4 shades that Lorac came out with and is the darkest color. The Lorac Website described it as a light bronze. I'm in love already!!!!

I am so excited to use these new items. I will definitely be posting some more in depth reviews as I get some use out of these items. Comment below some of your favorite products that I should try

Also, Share this post on all of your social media outlets! I would appreciate it soooo much
